We want you to love your Lumora™ purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

• Your item must be in its original condition and packaging.

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

🔁 How to Start a Return

1. Contact our support team at support@lumora.com with your order number.

2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.

3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

📦 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original product for a refund and place a new order.

💰 Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and approved, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
